Dunbritton Housing Association and EESSH 2
We’re delighted to be working alongside Dunbritton Housing Association and Procast Group on the delivery of this project under the terms of our EESSH2 framework. The works will make a massive difference to the tenants living in these 36 homes.

Scottish Borders Housing Association - Fire Doors contract
Scottish Borders Housing Association has awarded a two year fire door replacement programme to Sidey through the PfH Sotland Compliance DPS. Contact value – £2.5M Maryhill Housing Association: Air Source
Heat Pumps
Maryhill HA has awarded a two year Air Source Heat Pump contract to Turner Property Services through our EESSH framework. Contract value – £2.9M. The successful tender return offered a saving of almost 33% compared with the winning bid received during a previous tender exercise.

MP Rendering & Dumfries and Galloway Council
Our congratulations also to MP Rendering, another EWI HEEPS ABS project procured in the same manner through the Energy Agency for D&G Council, value circa £800K.

£20m tower block refurbishment programme
Work has commenced on site for a tower block refurb scheme with NG Homes. Works are being delivered by Easy Heat, procured through our EESSH framework.

Tenants set to save 40% on their heating bills
Procured through our EESSH framework with McDermott Group, a variety of measures are being undertaken in this £20M investment programme , not least installing ASHP units on top of 6 x 25 storey tower blocks using the largest mobile crane in Europe.

Procast & South Ayrshire Council
Congratulations to Procast on 2 x contract awards with South Ayrshire Council and 1 x CA with D&G. All three are EWI HEEPS ABS projects procured by the Energy Agency through our Capital Works DPS, total value circa £2.6M.

PfH Scotland is delighted to be working with SDP Scotland. The Supplier Development Programme (SDP) is a business support initiative using training and information to improve the competitiveness of local businesses. SDP is a partnership of Local Authorities, Scottish Government and other public bodies working together to bring business support in all aspects of tendering. By assisting businesses to become tender ready for public procurement, their all-round efficiency, sustainability and market potential is improved. SDP and PfH Scotland deliver this support through training and events which are all listed on the Events Calendar on the SDP website.
