Everything we do at Inprova is centred on having a positive impact on people’s lives – it’s part of our DNA, we’ve been creating social value in various forms for years and I know it’s something that motivates our entire workforce.
We want to be clear about our intent, so we no longer generate social value by default or lose the value we’ve created. Instead, we’ll be formally embedding ESG goals and metrics into every aspect of the business, using this framework to help staff make decisions at every level.
Ultimately, we work in a sector that is all about supporting local people and local communities. This document shows how Inprova will hold itself to account around this purpose going forward.
As a procurement organisation we have the ability to impact a wide-ranging supply chain as well as the decisions made by hundreds of social housing providers. We hope this ESG strategy shows how seriously we take that responsibility.
