We want to provide a positive and enriching environment for all our employees, contractors and associates. Putting people’s wellbeing at the heart of how we do things is key to our culture.
“We did a lot of recruitment during lockdown so lots of our people had never really experienced, face to face, what it means to be an Inprova person. We wanted to get them involved, get them connected to other colleagues and help them form those relationships and bonds that are so important to both work and also wellbeing. It’s all about staff feeling supported, stimulated and valued.”
“From the moment someone is offered a job at Inprova, there is a process we go through: before they join, during their induction and then throughout their time here. It’s centred around our purpose which runs through everything we do. We want to have a positive impact on people’s lives and our aim is to achieve this by employing amazing people who we empower to make a positive impact in all they do.”
“I didn’t know much about the business coming into it, I chose Inprova because it presented an exciting new challenge, where I could (hopefully) make a positive difference. I’ve been given more support and flexibility than previous workplaces and I feel lucky to be working with such a great team.”
