Aaron Services Limited (ASL) is a specialist heating, electrical and renewables contractor established 31 years ago. With headquarters in Boston, Lincolnshire, we currently employ approximately 370 people and have 4 further offices throughout the UK. ASL maintains 100,000 properties for across East England and the Midlands for 26 housing associations and local authorities. The majority of activity is for servicing and maintenance of gas fired systems however we also complete over 4,000 heating installations per year. Additionally we have a team of fully qualifies operatives who undertake servicing and maintenance of all other fuel types including oil, solid fuel and renewables, service and maintain commercial installations and undertake electrical condition reporting and remedial works.

We bring an innovative, continuously improving approach and a commitment to customer care. We are the only contractor in the UK to use Behavioural Management Techniques (BMT) to analyse the impact that our frontline staff have on customers and the customer experience. We designed a training programme called ‘Customer Journey’ that empowers our workforce to deliver service excellence by firstly making them aware of the impact that their behaviour has on customers and secondly by training them to adjust their behaviour to achieve satisfaction. Since its implementation customer satisfaction has risen to 98% across all contracts and won the Customer Service Award at the 2015 Housing Excellence Awards.

Aaron Services also operates to an ISO9001 accredited Quality Management System and an ISO14001 Environmental Management System. Our Health and Safety Policy is externally audited and accredited by CHAS. We have a corporate Gas Safe accreditation and 203 accredited operatives. Our robust procedures enable us to consistently achieve 100% LGSR compliance across a range of contracts including Boston Mayflower, City of Lincoln Council and L&H Homes.

In 2015 ASL was acquired by Lakehouse, an asset and energy support services group with headquarters in Romford. ASL is part of Lakehouse’s Compliance division which comprises planned and responsive maintenance, installation and repair services to local authorities and housing association clients in the areas of gas, fire and electrical, water and air hygiene and lifts. Lakehouse was founded in 1988 by Steve Rawlings. Lakehouse employ 2,400 people in 35 offices across the UK, a network of resources that support ASL in their ability to deliver works and services to customers across East Anglia, The Midlands and the South East.
