In September 2015 Sure was acquired by Lakehouse, an asset and energy support service group with headquarters in Romford, Essex. Sure Maintenance is part of Lakehouse’s compliance division which comprises of planned and responsive maintenance, installation and repair services to local authorities and housing association clients in the areas of gas, fire and electrical, water and air hygiene and lifts. Lakehouse was founded in 1988 by Steve Rawlings, Lakehouse employ 2,400 people across 35 offices.
