We understand the unique challenges and opportunities facing social housing providers and public sector organisations across Scotland. The energy landscape is evolving rapidly, driven by ambitious net-zero targets, fluctuating wholesale markets, and the critical need to manage costs effectively for the benefit of residents.
Our Energy Supply and Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) offers a compliant and flexible route for Scottish social housing providers, Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), and other public sector bodies to procure gas and electricity contracts.

The DPS is structured across four lots, covering both gas and electricity procurement through fixed and flexible contract options. All suppliers admitted to the DPS hold a current OFGEM supply licence relevant to the lot they are appointed to, ensuring robust supplier credentials and regulatory compliance.
