Rob Peck

Rob Peck is a procurement and commercial leader with 15 years of experience at the heart of Procurement for Housing and a career defined by a genuine belief that procurement can be a powerful force for business improvement.

Currently Chief Commercial Officer at PfH, Rob leads the commercial strategy of the organisation, working to ensure that members have access to the solutions, expertise, and partnerships that help them manage their spend more effectively and deliver better outcomes for residents. He has grown with the organisation through every stage of its development, having joined in 2011 as Head of Procurement Services, progressed to Director of Procurement Services in 2016, and stepped up to CCO in 2022.

In his earlier roles at PfH, Rob led a team of procurement professionals delivering comprehensive procurement audits, spending reviews, category management, and fully outsourced procurement solutions to housing providers across the UK. His work spanned procurement strategy design, stakeholder engagement, supplier relationship management, and the mobilisation and management of EU-compliant procurement projects building the deep sector knowledge and commercial instinct that underpins his leadership today.

Before PfH, Rob spent nearly four years at CEL Group, progressing from Buyer to Commercial Manager with a focus on EU framework agreements for the social housing sector. He began his career on the Graduate Manager programme at Tesco, where he developed a strong grounding in commercial operations and people management.

With expertise spanning category management, consultancy, procurement strategy, and business development, Rob brings both the experience and the passion to position procurement as a genuine enabler of organisational performance across the housing sector.
